Beth Rauschenberger, Pastor of Congregational Care
Beth has worked as the Pastor of Congregational Care since August 2002. She enjoys working with the senior members of the church as well as members that experience health concerns. The wisdom of the older generation tends to get lost with our hectic lives, so she enjoys sitting and experiencing their past through their many life stories. Her other love is working with the Jr. High Youth and Young Adults. Beth and her husband Rudy have three children Cassandra, Chelsea, and Dylan. They enjoy camping, swimming and relaxing at the beach.

Glenn Lehman, -Interim Minister of Worship
Glenn learned to play piano by listening in on a sister’s lessons. At age 14 his father bought him a guitar. At age 16 he saved money from his grocery store job and bought a violin. Then it was school choirs, quartets and his experience slowly evolved into leadership. The low point was fifth grade, getting kicked out of band for banging the cymbals at wrong spots. He got a master’s degree in church music from Westminster Choir College. He graduated from Eastern Mennonite College where he played in the orchestra. He has held church positions in a variety of settings. “I’m most excited about Zion because it has a long history of quality music and quality people.”
